We have in place strategies from several industries along with software's and automation to manage the procurement cycle in the most efficient way possible securing the best material pricing to match our expectation with quality and timing.

  • Land Development

    We work hand in hand with our real estate business partner and horizontal team to buy land, clear the property, and grade the property

  • Civil Engineering

    We will manage the entire site plan design process from rezoning through engineering/permits, including government agencies and public hearings. Services we provide: Site plan, grading plan, erosion control plan, water/sewer design, storm drain, roadway design, topography service, geotechnical, preliminary and final plat setting.

  • Surveying Service

    We offer lot and land surveying to identify the property boundaries of you desired investment

  • Property Assessment & Due Diligence

    Our internal due diligence process checks items involved with the project once the contract has been signed, but before closing: Legal, Environmental, City/Municipality, Development Feasibility and Project Financial. This determines project Go/No Go decision with high level confidence.
